Glass Kiln

Different solutions for glass kilns are available from Nabertherm, e.g. for
bending, slumping, annealing, laminating, fusing, heat-soak tests or even
melting of glass. As German based manufacturer with more than 350 employees
and a team of 40 engineers Nabertherm offers probably one of the widest
product range of glass kilns. The kilns are in use in laboratories, research
centers but also in different production facilities for e.g. photovoltaic or
solar industries.
Chamber kilns and shuttle kilns are available with air-circulation or
heat-soak tests, but also high temperature furnaces for melting of glass .
Also salt-bath melting furnaces for chemical hardening or vacuum furnaces
can be delivered in a short time.
An intuitive control system rounds-off the furnace, also a comprehensive
software allows a documentation or even to control the glass kiln.
Glass kilns can be also customized to the process requirement.
